Exhibitors

SHARE YOUR ATTENDANCE

Share with your colleagues on LinkedIn that you're exhibiting at the upcoming PDC! Encouraging them not only to come to the PDC but provides exhibitors more of an opportunity to get their brand and messaging out. We gave you some ideas on what to say in your LinkedIn post too in case you're interested. Don't forget to tag the Region in your post by using the @ symbol then typing in our page's name (@Region VI - American Society of Safety Professionals). If its easier, you could always just copy and paste the message below in your post and it will automatically tag us!:

"Excited to share I am going to be an exhibitor at the @Region VI - American Society of Safety Professionals PDC in Myrtle Beach! Anyone else in my network attending? If so, drop a comment! Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Go to regionsixpdc.com for complete details."

EXHIBITIOR BINGO

We are promoting an Exhibitor BINGO game once again this year to promote traffic to your booths. During the opening session it is going to be emphasized that you are technical experts and not “salespeople” and that the attendees should discuss their needs with you. All attendees will be provided with an exhibitor bingo card and will be encouraged to visit all exhibitors to obtain a stamp. Markers will be provided, so please talk with attendees when they visit and mark their bingo cards.

Please fill out the raffle prize information card provided to you before the opening session of the conference on Wednesday, September 17. All prizes will be announced and raffled off during the Exhibitor Reception and Raffle from (4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.).

The winners will be chosen from the exhibitor bingo cards they turned in to registration or from business cards you have collected at the event. (Deadline submittal: Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.). The winners will be directed to your booth to claim their prize.

or email to:
arvp-finance@region6.assp.org, which are postmarked or emailed by midnight on June 30, 2025. Sorry we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. We do not cancel the conference for weather or any other reason unless the City of Myrtle Beach closes the hotel.

Atlantic Hurricane Season; Emergency Preparedness: One question we’re often asked is, “We’re in the middle of hurricane season; what happens if a hurricane hits during the conference?” At last check, all is quiet in the Atlantic Ocean. …but just in case, below is a reminder of the cancellation policy for the PDC (you may recall seeing this when you registered). Thankfully, in our 38-year history, we’ve only had one situation where we have had to cancel the PDC because of weather concerns. Safe travels!
