  • Registration terms and conditions

    1.       All participants are required to officially register to attend the 2022 ASSP Region VI Conference.

    2.       When registering to attend the 2022 ASSP Region VI Conference, you accept the following registration terms:

    a.       Sharing of registrations is not permitted. One registration may not be utilized by several individuals.

    b.      Registrants agree that to cancel their registration, they are required to send their request for cancellation by email to the event organizer. Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless they are received in this manner. All cancellations received by the organizer will be confirmed. If the notification is not received by the conference office, the registration is deemed to have remained active.

    c.       Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference date will be refunded less $100.00 per registrant to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date, but you may nominate a replacement delegate at no charge.

    d.      Refunds of accommodation deposits are at the discretion of the accommodation venue.

    e.      No refunds are available in the event a delegate registers but fails to attend the conference. 

    f.        In the event our conference cannot proceed as planned due to events beyond our control such as bad weather or COVID-19, the event may transition to a virtual platform. If the event transitions to virtual, we will apply the registration fee towards the virtual event. If you’re unable to attend the virtual event, you may send a delegate or request a refund. Depending on the severity of the situation, we may need to cancel the event altogether. Cancellation of the event will result in registration refunds. Flight and accommodation refunds are at the discretion of those specific vendors.
